We have a high rate of youth suicide here in New Zealand. One of our justice ministers has pushed for the law commission to act now over cyber bullies. Finally, there has been a move to get stricter laws in order to stop cyberbullying. Our newspaper, New Zealand Herald, kicked off a campaign to highlight the damage that cyberbullying can do to our young people. It’s too late for some but hopefully, we can save others.
